Richard Harrington's TOP 10 Rules
on Portfolio Management*

Rule #1- Buy shares of at least 20 companiesmaximum 30 companies.

Rule #2-
Diversify your portfolio into at least five sectors
and maximum ten sectors.

Rule #3-Hold shares for at least one year minimum or longer.

Rule #4- In the short term you will be funding your portfolio,
but in the long term your portfolio will fund itself
through
 compound growth and dividend income.

Rule #5- Risk is your friend, well researched risk.
When you take out risk, you take out opportunity.
(And this is the only way to beat inflation).

Rule #6- Do not employ derivative investments or leverage
to enhance the returns of the portfolio.

Rule #7- Always invest in public companies over private companies.
Public companies are held to higher standards of financial reporting and disclosures than private companies.

Rule #8- You don't need to buy real estate to earn rental income,

but by investing into REITs.

Rule #9- Never sell when stocks are in the red,
in fact
that's the time to buy more because markets always bounce back!
(But always remember Rule #5)

Rule #10Never let short term fluctuations distract you from your
long term progress.

Personal message from Investor and Philanthropist, Richard Harrington

Dear Fellow Investor

It took me almost four years of investing every month into my own share portfolio until my share returns matched my salary as an investment analyst so I quit my job, as I had enough assets to fund my lifestyle.
I was 24 years old, completely financially free, technically retired.
It is now my 1oth year of living off the profits of my stock portfolio
and so far
I've been blessed to travel to 15 countries and counting...
This is my hope for you, that yes you will achieve financial freedom
but
also choice freedom (to live and work wherever you want)
and also emotional freedom (to never have to worry or stress about money ever again).

I am honoured to have helped set thousands of people on their own path to financial freedom,
below are just a small
amount of those we have managed to capture on video.
I now invite you to be my next success story!

Life rewards people of action, you are only one opportunity away from a completely different life!

Happy
Investing,
Rich
